Forbey Simulator Giveaway – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited. By entering this promotion, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

1. Sponsor

The Forbey Simulator Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by FORBEY LLC. (“Sponsor”), located in Dallas, Texas .

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on Janaury 2nd, 2026 and will end when 10,000 followers are met on Instagram or when Forbey inventory lands in July (whichever comes first).

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and immediate family or household members of the Sponsor may be ineligible to participate, at Sponsor’s discretion. The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, eligible participants may enter by submitting a valid email address through the official giveaway entry page:

Limit one (1) email entry per person. Entries using multiple email addresses, identities, or automated methods may be disqualified.

Bonus Entries

Bonus entry opportunities may be offered, including but not limited to following Sponsor on social media, liking a giveaway post, or tagging friends. Bonus entries are self-attested and subject to verification. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry it determines to be fraudulent, incomplete, or not in compliance with these Official Rules.

No Purchase Necessary

No purchase, payment, or financial consideration of any kind is required to enter or win.

5. Prize Description

One (1) winner will receive a golf simulator prize package that will include the following components (items subject to change at Sponsor’s discretion):

Gaming PC or Gamin Laptop
Projector (e.g., BenQ TH671 or similar)
Rapsodo MLM2Pro launch monitor
Impact screen and side curtains
Hitting mat
One dozen (12) RPT Golf Balls (Callaway or Titleist, winner’s choice subject to availability)

Used / Pre-Owned Equipment Disclosure

Some prize components are pre-owned and used, including but not limited to the Rapsodo MLM2Pro, gaming PC, and projector. All used items are intended to be fully functional at the time of prize fulfillment and are provided “AS IS”, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied by Sponsor.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $5,000. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value will not be awarded.

Prize Substitution

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize or component with another of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will occur on or about July 31st, 2026 or when 10,000K followers are met (whichever comes first)..

7. Winner Notification & Response Deadline

The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry. The potential winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days of the notification email.

If the potential winner fails to respond within the seven (7) day response period, is deemed ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

8. Verification

The potential winner may be required to verify eligibility and may be asked to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release, and/or tax documentation (including a W-9) prior to prize fulfillment.

9. Delivery, Pickup & Shipping

Local Pickup: Local pickup is available in Dallas Fort-Worth, TX at a mutually agreed-upon time and location.

Shipping: If shipping is required or requested, shipping costs are the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise stated by Sponsor in writing. Sponsor is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping carriers or incorrect address information.

10. Taxes

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt or use of the prize. Sponsor may issue IRS Form 1099 where required by law.

11. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s first name, last initial, city and state of residence, likeness, and/or prize information for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.

12. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used for administering the Promotion and for marketing communications consistent with the opt-in provided at entry. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

13. Platform Disclaimer

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or any other social media platform.

14. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its owners, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of the prize.

15. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control compromises the integrity of the Promotion.

16. Governing Law

The Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

17. Winner List

To request the winner’s name, send an email to INFO@FORBEYGOLF.COM within thirty (30) days of the Promotion end date.
